Don’t forget about pesto.

Why do I forget how easy this is? Basil, garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts (or walnuts) is all it takes. Twenty seconds in your food processor and you’re done. Toss with some hot pasta, put out a nice bread and a salad, and you’re all set for some fine dining.

  1. I assure you that we haven’t forgotten about Pesto, but then you already know that, since that’s basil from our very garden in that food processor!

    I think pasta night this week will be pesto again. We’ll have to use those pine nuts you gave us!

  2. Another great use for the pesto, Mix it , half and half, with ranch dressing. This is a fabulous dip for fresh summer veggies or as a salad dressing.
    I love it!!
